Shoppers

How often do you hold a consignment event?
Sales will be held throughout the year. Information and updates can be found on our website page, Facebook and mailing list. You can purchase your children’s wardrobe for a fraction of the retail price. Think of how much money you could save!

How can I shop before the general public?
Our Consignors and Volunteers are the first to shop the sale. By becoming a consignor, you can clean out your closets, make extra cash and shop before the general public. See our Volunteer page for more information on ways to volunteer and volunteering incentives.

Do you provide dressing rooms?
There will not be dressing rooms available. Our consignors trust their items to be kept safe and secure so we cannot let their items out of sight. Please feel free to bring your child’s measurements with you to the sale.

How will I be able to carry my items for purchase around the sale?
It’s a good idea to bring a mesh bag or a laundry basket to carry your items around the sale.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check with valid driver’s license only, Credit Cards – Visa, Master Card and Discover also with valid driver’s license.

Is there a fee for entering the sale to shop?
No, our mission is to provide Northwest Arkansas families the opportunity to save money by consigning and purchase gently used children’s items at our event. Come and bring a friend!

Consignors

What is a Consignment Sale?
Bring your items to our event during the scheduled drop-off times and we will sell your items based on the prices you have chosen. Once an item sells, you will receive 70%-80% of the final sales price. Remember on the Friday of the sale we advertise 25% off day and Saturday as Half Price Day. As a consignor, you will be able to choose which items are eligible to be sold at a discount. After the sale is over, you will receive a check for 70%-80% of your total sales minus your consignor fee of $9. Any items left after the event will need to be picked up or you will have the option to donate them. Please see our Dates and Location page for the scheduled pick-up time. Please see our Dates and Location page for the scheduled pick-up time.

What items may I consign?
We accept baby and children’s clothes and items in excellent condition. Each consignor number is allowed up to 150 items. Items must be no older than three years and in the current season. We welcome girls’ sizes from newborn through size 16. We accept boys’ sizes newborn through size 20.We also accept up to 15 maternity items in excellent condition. Please see our Merchandise Preparation page for a complete list of items accepted and items not accepted.

How do I price my items?
One of the best things about consigning with June Bugs Reruns is you get to price your own items! Shoppers are looking for bargains so we recommend you price your items at 70% off the new retail value. If you are selling baby equipment or high end items, you should price those items at 50-60% off the new retail value. We will have a large amount of baby clothes, 0-6 months, so please price those items competitively.

We have a $3 minimum price for each item sold in the sale. Remember, you can always group clothing together to meet the $3 minimum. We will not accept clothing items above $50. You will also have the option to choose which items you sell at a discount on Friday and Saturday of our event, Friday is advertised as 25% off and Saturday as Half Price Day!! . Remember earning 75% or 50% of your asking price, as opposed to taking your item home, will mean just that much more money in your pocket! We highly recommend this option!

What is the minimum or maximum number of items I can consign?
Ease of shopping is important to our customers and consignors. We have a 150 item limit per $9 consignor fee. If you feel you need to go over 150 item limit please create a separate consignor profile (this will give you another consignor number to enter more items) Our system does not automatically shut off at 150 items so please be mindful when entering items as this will make your check-in process quicker!. We do limit maternity to 15 items. Email help@junebugsreruns.com if you have any questions.

Will I be able to use plastic baggies for small items such as baby accessories or toys?
Yes, please use Ziploc bags for small items. Be sure to use clear packing tape along the top of the zipper. This will ensure all of the pieces stay together. If you are attaching the plastic baggie to a larger toy, please make sure it is securely attached. June Bugs Reruns will not be responsible for lost toy pieces. Place your tag on the outside of the plastic baggie, pin your tag and tape the edges of the tag down with the packing tape. Please see our Merchandise Preparation page for more detailed information.

What type of clothes hangers should I use?
Remember your items sell best when they are presented at their best. Please ONLY use plastic hangers, not wire for your clothing. Keep in mind, when your item sells, the hanger stays with the item.

Is it hard to enter my items on-line?
No, our website is designed with you in mind. Follow the directions on the Enter Items page to minimize the amount of time it takes to enter items. Our system requires all items to be entered for each separate event. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us through our Contact Us page.

How do our discount days work?

Mark your items to sell at a discount while you are entering items. Your items will have 2 days to sell at full price, then if marked with a star your item will be sold at 25% off on Friday, then Half-Price on Saturday (if it's even still there)! All items with a star are eligible for both the 25% on Friday and Half off on Saturday. There is not a way to participate in one discount day and not the other. We want you to make as much money as possible and bring as little to nothing home when the event is over!
